Tropical Passion Nice Cream Bowl
This Tropical Passion Nice Cream comes together in just 5 minutes with only a handful of ingredients – banana, mango, pineapple, and coconut milk. Add it all to your blender and soon you have a nice tropical treat.

For those of you who follow me, you’ll know that mango is one of the fruits I eat the most. I simply can’t get enough. So it was not difficult to choose mango as one of the fruits in this tropical nice cream.

What You Need
For those of you who follow me, you’ll know that mango is one of the fruits I eat the most. I simply can’t get enough. So it was not difficult to choose mango as one of the fruits in this tropical nice cream.
- Banana – as always we use frozen bananas.
- Mango – I use Alphonse or Kesar mangos. Cut them into small pieces before you freeze them. That way they are easier to blend.
- Pineapple – Just like the mango, cut it into small pieces before you freeze it, so it is easier to blend.
- Coconut milk – Just use any coconut milk you like.
Make sure your fruit is ripe before you freeze them. That way you get the best taste.
In this recipe, I use one cup of mango and one cup of pineapple. But you can easily adjust that to your own taste.
How to make this Tropical Nice Cream
Start by adding the coconut milk to your blender. Then add the mango and pineapple and last the banana.
Ladies and Gentlemen – start your blenders!

Tropical Passion Nice Cream Bowl

Ingredients
- 2 bananas, frozen
- 1 cup pineapple, frozen
- 1 cup mangos, frozen
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
Instructions
- Add the coconut milk to your blender.
- Slice your bananas in small pieces, around half an inch thick.
- Add the banana, mango and pineapple to your blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve right away or store in an air-tight container in the freezer.
TOPPING
- Add some fresh mango, banana and coconut flakes on top.
