What you need

In this delicious nice cream bowl, I use strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, red currants and cherries.

I simply take a good handful of each fruit, mix them together and place them in the freezer for 24 hours. Yes – this give me more mixed fruits than I need for one bowl, but then I have it ready for my next bowl!

Tips

If your blender is having a hard time blending all the fruit, add a bit of almond milk or other type of plant based milk. This will help the process.

Also, do yourself a favor and cut the strawberries into smaller pieces before you freeze them. This will make it easier for the blender to make a smooth texture.
