Blueberry Frozen Yogurt
An easy-to-make Blueberry Frozen Yogurt! And if you need something less rich than ice cream, this is a recipe you should have at hand all summer long! You only need 4 ingredients and a bit of time.

Together with bananas and mangos, blueberries are a fruit we always have in our house, when they’re in season. My wife and daughter eat them often in the morning together with their cereals. And I like to use them in a quick snack like Mixed Fruit Nice Cream or a Blueberry Nice Cream.
Today we are going to use them for a delicious frozen yogurt.
Making Blueberry Frozen Yogurt
Like most of the other frozen yogurt recipes, this one is also easy to make.
Start by adding your blueberries, yogurt, and sugar to your blender or food processor and process until smooth. I like to use fresh blueberries when I can get them, but frozen ones will work just fine. I do suggest, however, that you thaw the berries before you use them. It makes it easier to make a smooth mixture.
When the mixture is ready, press it through a strainer to remove any seeds or peel leftovers. Then you stir in the lemon juice and set the mixture aside in your refrigerator for a couple of hours before you freeze it in your ice cream maker.
That’s it! Ready to eat!
